I am planning to go to Saudi Arabia this December with my family, and Amsterdam some time from September to December.

TANZANIA 2017

I travelled to Tanzania and stayed there for 6 Weeks and didn’t spend hardly any of my own money, as I lived in my family house where I lived at as if I was in the UK. E.g food in fridge and whatnot.

I would 100% recommend travelling to Tanzania and will below show examples of places in Dar Es Salaam and other islands to visit.

In most places in the city Dar Es Salaam, do speak English or understand the basics so just like towns countries, there isn’t much of a language barrier.

There are many things to do in Tanzania, such as visit islands such as Mbudya Island which is one which is easy to get to (boat in under 15 minutes depending on the tide). It is a beautiful get away which has clear blue water and freshly cooked fish which have been just caught.

ZANZIBAR

Even though my family come from Tanzania and I consider it as home, going to Zanzibar has always felt like a second holiday. We stayed in a villa nearby the water where we were able to have boat access to other islands near by which I will be start to talk about later.

PRISON ISLAND
“Changuu island” most commonly know as Prison Island or Stone Island has a lot of history behind it which i don't want to bore you with because we all know when we see a lot of writing we start dozing off.

I will keep try to keep it brief.. despite its name it wasn't ever used as a prison and instead was used to quarantine those with yellow fever. The rest is very interesting but I will leave you to look into that yourself if so.

There is something else hiding on the island which makes it very famous, its an animal from Finding Nemo which until i got older assume that they were all high.

TORTOISES!! This island holds tortoise which as old as 190 years old! I don't know about you but that is pretty fucking old, even for a tortoise.

This wouldn't be much of  blog if i didn't show you some cute pictures of the ones i got to see now would it?
