Beauty and Fashion

I have just finished my A-Levels. I took the subjects Maths, Physics and Chemistry. These are pretty challenging subjects and require a lot of time and dedication to do well in. This can feel like too much sometimes especially with the pressure of meeting requirements for university hanging over your head.

Mental Health

I found the transition from GCSE’s to A Levels dramatic as it require more attention even and self determination.

I know a lot of people around my age bracket feel overwhelmed by stress and depression and may not even know it. In this day and age there are many things online and apps that can aid in a better mental health for example “Headspace” which teaches meditation and mindfullness skills.

During my a levels, I fell into depression and anxiety quickly which I dealt with by myself. I found myself having anxiety attacks. I found the best way to deal with this was through meditation, as I am not one to talk about how I feel to others I think this was the best option for me. Whenever I found my self having a anxiety attack I focused on my breathing and just reassuring myself. They soon began happening less frequent.

Disclaimer: I encourage any one reading this who does feel the same way that I felt anywhere close to talk to a loved one, a professional, any one you trust and my email is always available to anyone with any questions.

Personal statement

You may have heard the words personal statement being chucked around for a while during your later school career but may have no clue about it.

A personal statement is what you will send off with your application for apprenticeships and/or university. This is a perfect opportunity to showcase yourself and really sell yourself in the most unique way possible.

You can really show to who is reading what your interests are, your aspirations and your academic ability. Your personal statement can be the determining factor wether you will be considered or not. It’s also a perfect opportunity for who ever is reading to reject you.. kind of harsh?

Choosing a University or possible Career path

Questions to ask yourself
Is this what I want?
What do I enjoy?

I know this is probably what everyone has told you already and it is hard however it’s best to think through as you wouldn’t want to be stuck doing a course for three years (maybe more) on something you end up hating.

If you have absolutely no clue, speaking to a careers advisor would be a great option. Most schools provide support, also on the gov.co.uk they have a helpline.

These are the most important, you must focus on yourself and what you would like to do, no one else for example family. At the end of the day your the one that will be the one working that job - not them! I mean it’s 2018 people!!

There are so many ways to make your hobbys into careers, especially with the internet and media there are careers that didn’t exist and some careers in the future that don’t exist now.

IS IT WORTH THE HYPE?

Super cheap stuff never seem to be as good as it seems.. but is this??

So I bought a bikini off of ZAFUL and they contacted me to write them a review for 2x $20 coupons on their site, so I thought why not? I mean im not losing anything right? So i wrote them a review for a Bikini 'Scrunch Butt Knotted Thong Bikini' in the size small and the colour white.

This fit really well even though normally two sizes up for my bottoms than my top, the quality was surprising good especially for $14.25 including shipping.

Anywayyyyy  i wrote their reviews, they must've like them a lot as they sent me 4x $20 so in total they gave me $80 to spend on their site, which was a delightful as i'm about to go on holiday so it was perfect timing almost like a fairy tale.

Overall I was more than happy with everything, as  i ordered during their 4th Anniversary where they were doing free shipping so l literally got 6 bikinis, 2 two-piece outfits, and a couple jewelry for free.

I accidentally bought two of one necklace and would be honored to do a giveaway for you guys reading.
